Submarine Pens Pvt Ltd is currently shipping in India. There could be a possible delay in delivery of order due to unexpected circumstances.

Once the order is dispatched, it would be delivered within 4-7 working days.

Please Note - During festivals, adverse weather conditions or political crises, your shipment could get further delayed in such cases, we will ensure delivery in the earliest possible time frame.

If the order gets returned to us due to customer unavailable or incorrect address, the customer has to pay the charges for reshipping the order to us.

If the POD copy provided by the shipping company states the customer name on it, We are not responsible for any claims made for not receiving the product by the customer.

The date of delivery is provisional as it is shipped through third party courier partners.
We try to get the order delivered close to the provided date. However, your order may be delivered prior or after the selected date of delivery.
We request you to provide an address at which someone will be present to receive the package.
Delivery may not be possible on Sundays and National Holidays.

Return & Replacement Policy

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you may request a replacement within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging. Contact us promptly at online@submarinepens.co.in with your order number, photos of the damaged item and packaging, to help us assess its condition upon arrival. Each replacement request is evaluated individually, and we aim to resolve issues within 24-48 business hours.

Refund Policy

In cases where the product can’t be replaced and refund is to be given, Refunds will be initiated once the returned products are received and verified at our warehouse. The refund will be processed to the account within 24-48 business hours. Please note, it may take an additional 2-7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.

Warranty

We provide 30 days warranty on all our products which covers any manufacturing defects.

• The items with the original receipt are returned within 30 days of purchase.

• Items must be in the original condition as purchased with all labels/tickets attached.

Provided the conditions in our refund policy have been met, refunds will be processed using the original form of payment. You can return an item purchased online by posting it to us. Please contact customer service for return address. Please note that delivery costs will be excluded from the refund unless goods are returned in accordance with your statutory rights (e.g. they are faulty or not as ordered).
