The Submarine Journey, Built on Craft, Driven by Purpose

We are engaged in the business of designing, assembling and customising pens with different designs, styles and functionalities. We offer our pens across three major categories, namely: (i) Ball pens; (ii) Fountain pens; and (iii) Roller pens.

Our Company was incorporated on December 07, 2021 under the Companies Act, 2013 as a private limited company under the name “Submarine Pens Private Limited”, with Mr. Shalibhadra P. Gandhi, Ms. Pritu Shalibhadra Gandhi and Ms. Urjasvi Shalibhadra Gandhi as the initial subscribers of our Company. Subsequently, our Company was converted into a public limited company and its name was changed to “Submarine Pens Limited”, pursuant to which a fresh certificate of incorporation was issued on July 14, 2025.

We market our products under two brands:
(i) Company’s brand “SUBMARINE”; and
(ii) “SWISSBRAND”, pursuant to a licensing agreement dated July 01, 2024, entered into with M/s Swiss Brand Limited.
