Mr. Shalibhadra P. Gandhi is the Chairman and Managing Director of Submarine Pens Limited. He completed his Bachelor of Commerce in 1991 and founded the Company’s writing instruments business through the partnership firm M/s. Submarine International in 2005. In December 2021, he incorporated Submarine Pens Private Limited, continuing as the
Promoter since inception.

He has over 20 years of experience in the pen manufacturing and stationery industry, including his prior entrepreneurial experience through the partnership firm. He oversees the Company’s overall operations, strategic planning, marketing, and business development. He also leads brand collaborations and drives new market opportunities. Mr. Gandhi plays a key role in guiding the Company’s direction and fostering its long-term
growth.

Ms. Pritu Shalibhadra Gandhi is the Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director of Submarine Pens Limited. She holds a Graduate Degree in Commercial Art from the Institute of Applied Art, Bombay (1993). She joined Submarine International as a partner in October 2008 and has been associated with the Company since its inception.

She has managed key administrative and human resource functions, including staff supervision, process management, and ensuring smooth operational workflows across both the partnership firm and the Company.
She brings over 17 years of overall professional experience to the
organization.

Ms. Urjasvi Shalibhadra Gandhi is the Whole-Time Director of Submarine Pens
Limited. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Arts from Nottingham Trent University
(2024). She has been associated with the Company since inception and has over three years of experience within the organization.

She oversees the Company’s creative and design functions, including product design, packaging, digital media content, print materials, and sales and marketing collateral. She leads the design team and ensures all creative output is innovative and aligned with the Company’s brand and marketing objectives.

Mr. Anshul Madan Agrawal is the Director and Chief Executive Officer of Submarine Pens Limited. He completed his Higher Secondary School Examination from the Maharashtra State Board in 2001.

He has around 20 years of experience in business development. In his current role, he oversees business development, marketing, and brand collaboration initiatives, along with contributing to corporate leadership and governance. He actively engages with stakeholders, builds high-performance teams, and represents the Company at marketing exhibitions and promotional events, strengthening its market presence and strategic
partnerships.

Mr. Vimal Sureshchandra Shah is the Non-Executive Independent Director of Submarine Pens Limited. He holds a Diploma in Chemical Engineering from Bhagubhai Mafatlal Polytechnic, Mumbai. With 30 years of experience in chemical and thermal engineering, he has developed strong expertise in engineering principles, project execution, and team management. His insights and guidance have contributed to the development of sustainable and efficient insulation solutions.
Mr. Shah possesses strong analytical and managerial capabilities, with core competencies in project management and execution, team leadership and mentoring, client relationship management, and business development and strategy.

Mr. Rajeev Shukla is the Non-Executive Independent Director of Submarine Pens Limited. He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Imports and Exports from NM College, Mumbai. Mr. Shukla possesses strong analytical, managerial, and operational capabilities, along with an in-depth understanding of the trading and services sector. His strategic vision supports sustainable and efficient business operations.

Mr. Brahma Ghosh Raval is the Non-Executive Independent Director of Submarine Pens Limited. He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) from SOM Lalit Institute of Management Studies, Gujarat (2014), and a Doctorate in Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Management (Marketing) from Government Law School, GLS University, Gujarat (2023). He has over 8 years of experience in marketing and related activities.
