2. Do you provide customization?

3. How do I cancel my order?

Answer:  Orders once booked on the website are not cancelable by the customer directly. The customer would have to contact our customer support team at the earliest for assistance through the process, whether the order has been shipped or processed.

4. Do I get extra spare parts with my pen?

Answer:  Additional spare parts like nibs or ink refills are not included with all purchases by default. If any accessories are provided with a pen, they would be mentioned in the product description. We suggest taking a close look at the product information before you make your purchase.

5. How long does it take to ship my pen? 

Answer: We intend to ship all prepaid orders on the following business day. There would be a pre-dispatch confirmation call for COD orders. Once confirmed, they would be shipped the following business day. Delivery times are usually 3 to 5 business days depending on the customer’s location.

7. How long is the warranty valid? 

Answer: All Submarine pens are backed by a 1-month warranty from the time of delivery. This includes manufacturing defects and working issues. 

8. When will I receive my order? 

Answer: Once your order is shipped, you should receive it within 3–5 business days. Delivery location, availability of couriers, and weather conditions may affect the timeline. Tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped.
